Convention Center Clean Up

Convention Centers--if you have an event taking place, you should have a staff person monitor the restrooms. Unacceptable!

Hair

No matter how new or nice the hotel--hair in the shower is a bad thing.

Spell check anyone?

Orlando resort, exceptional property. Can't run spell check on their daily posters? Please be sure the person communicating to your guests is trained properly.

Shiny Silverware

Silverware is one of the things that makes a first impression. Make sure yours is shiny and clean!

Good Look!

I love the new look at the Courtyard by Marriott. Jacksonville, Florida--great job!
