Yes, it's Winter, but this is dismal and dirty. And it's at a landmark property! There's no season on clean.

Coffee anyone?

Mostly, it's the point that this coffee pitcher is part of the standard on every table at the well noted chain of pancakes. Do you want this on your table? Not me, it's dirty and chipping. Replace well worn containers periodically. Your coffee sales just might improve!

4 seconds to great

It takes about 4 seconds to wipe down your silverware before you roll it. We all know some dishwashers leave spots, but they do not leave a good first impression. Management require your servers to take this step!

Dirty

Every guest who visits your restroom uses paper towels. This dispenser in a major restaurant chain is filthy. Wonder what their kitchen looks like?

Blinds

Replace these mini blinds, this is right next to the hotel office where you check in. Not a great first impression.
